Expresso Software

Over2U Working for You

Expresso has been developed with control in mind. From web stores, on-line order systems, screen based order placement, CSV, XML, SAP, and other database order systems along with simple email and file formats can all be used to access and instruct our warehouse control system.

We handle the data from you in the way that you want to send it. Just give us an output from 'your system' and we will build a 'connector' into ours.

This connector is individual to your requirements, and can be modifed according to any changes in your requirements. It only take a short time to make these changes - initial set-up takes around 24 hours as we need to take into account all the parameters you are looking for.

However if you want to see Expresso in action and control it yourself, just contact us and we will email you access details for you to play with our Expresso system as you would your own ordering system. The only difference is we won't send anything out.

Expresso not only controls how you want orders moved and shipped - it gives you feedback on stock situation, minimum order levels and management information on sales tends.

Each day you will receive a complete management report contain valuable information on what was shipped, stock movments, descrepancies, returns, goods received and a complete breakdown of all activites that went on for your business.

We also send you a detailed charge sheet of our charges for the work we've done on your behalf for that day. If nothing moved then no information is sent.
