Set Up : We will integrate your requirements into our system. The first stage of this is setting up the products, services, and generated paperwork like delivery notes and completed order notes to match the nuances of your terms of trading and business.

Connection: Once we have done the initial setup we will build an input connector that couples output from your payment gateway like PayPal, Google Checkout, Worldpay, PROTX for automatic data transfer of orders. Or an upload connector for receiving files direct from your computer systems or email.

Reporting: Minimum stock values set up. Report generation will be set up for specific people and sent daily by email. An advantage of using Expresso is that if we don't receive order instructions then no reports will be generated.

Feedback: Once we are under way and have a better knowledge of your requirements, then we may suggest alternative ways of saving you money, time and effort. This could range from simply using another carrier for shipping to a complete overhaul on how your fulfilment operation could be better handled.

Cheaper Deliveries: Working on economies of scale, we can probably offer services cheaper than you can procure, and pass on a benefit to you.

Duty of Care: All our workforce have a responsibility for your products and customers, we look after all your products, throughout all stages of transit, packing and shipping. If we damage, break or mislay any goods through our Expresso system then we will cover replacement costs - if we mis-handle any orders or delay urgent deliveries that are in our control we will pay for that delivery ourselves - can we say fairer than that?
